Our guests enjoy spectacular Blue Ridge mountain views, lush pasture land. On a clear day, if you know exactly where to look...you can even see cars in the distance along Skyline Drive. Fairlea Farm has the advantage of being a working sheep and cattle farm within two blocks of the center of the historic village of Little Washington. We offer warm hospitality and a sumptuous, homemade country breakfast in our fieldstone manor house, located just 75 minutes from Washington, DC. We believe that if you are going to run a bed and breakfast, then breakfast must be worth remembering. As a result, our guests rave about our breakfasts.
Here's a sampling of a typical homemade breakfast:
- Hot breakfast casserole of farm fresh eggs & bacon
- Assorted homemade breads, muffins and cakes ( at least three varieties, such as lemon raspberry, blueberry, cranberry cream cheese, pear with homemade apple butter, country apple tart, and Hungarian apricot cake)

- -- Fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate

- $155 - $205 plus tax per day double occupancy.
Accommodations offer three guest rooms, one suite. Queen beds, private baths, airconditioning. Suite features stone fireplace and kitchenette. Families with children are welcome in the Suite. A $25 charge per person will be added for more than two persons in the Suite. Smoking outdoors only. No pets please.

All four guest rooms have very comfortable, queen-size beds, air conditioning and private bathrooms. One guest room has a beautiful canopy bed and our large suite has a grand, stone fireplace.
